Ingredients: to serve 4
4 medium tomatoes ½ cucumber 1 medium onion 4 oz / 100g feta cheese 8 black olives 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp wine vinegar pinch fresh basil |
Instructions:
Thinly slice the tomato, cucumber and onion and mix with the olive oil and vinegar.
Cut the cheese into small cubes and place on top.
Scatter the olives on top.
Sprinkle freshly chopped basil over the salad.
