Ingredients:

4 oz / 100g coconut, fresh or dessicated
1 onion
¼ pint 140 ml milk
½tsp / 1g chilli powder (to taste)
1 juice of one lemon


Instructions:
Finely chop the coconut and onion
Mix all the ingredients together and cook very gently until the onion is soft. This sauce can also be served without cooking.


Ingredients:
½ oz / 12g fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp / 20 ml vinegar
½ oz / 12g sugar
Instructions:
Chop the fresh young spearmint or applemint leaves finely. Add the vinegar and sugar and leave to stand for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Serving suggestions:
Serve with roast lamb.
