How useful is this free from gluten recipe page about mayonnaise?
Do not use mustard powder. It may contain wheat flour.

Ingredients:
2 tsp sugar 1 tsp freshly ground mustard seed ½ tsp salt 2 table spoon vinegar 2 table spoon water 1 egg |
Instructions:
Beat the ingredients together and then stir continuously in a double boiler over heat until thickened. Do not overcook.
Keep refrigerated
Use within a couple of days.
Note that the egg is not fully cooked.
