How useful is this free from gluten recipe page about nut loaf?


Ingredients: to serve four

1 oz / 25g vegetable oil
8 oz / 225g chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, crushed
5 oz / 150g gluten free breadcrumbs
8 oz / 225g chopped hazelnuts
2 eggs
¼ pint / 150 ml water
herbs to taste: sprig rosemary
salt to taste


Instructions:
Chop and fry the onion and garlic in the oil briefly until soft.
Mix the chopped nuts and breadcrumbs in a food processor.
Mix the bread, nuts and onion together.
Beat the eggs, herb and seasoning and water into the mixture.
Place the mixture in a greased and lined 1 lb bread tin.
Cooking:
Preheated oven
gas mark 6 400°F 200°C
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with a salad.

Nice recipe, however why not have a "printable view" link to get rid of adverts and menus, and therefore make it more printable.



Also why disable copy and paste? It's pointless, as if I just do "view source" I can copy it easily from there.



The reason I needed to copy the text was because my black ink cartridge is playing up, so I need to copy it to Word, and make the text all blue so that it prints properly.



Thanks though, a great recipe :o)



p.s. Merry Christmas (I know the above feedback sounds like "bah humbug" but it's nice to give positive feedback).

Just checked in FireFox - no problem in cutting and pasting the recipe into word, without adverts and menu.
