Hi -

I've tried to get Tapioca for 3 weeks now - not at Tesco, Waitrose, Morrison or any of the local health food shops.

One of the best places to get Sago and Tapioca - very inexpensively, I might add - is Southall or any of the Indian shops.

Good luck and the recipe I have is different, but also makes a very yummy dessert
